Nursing CEU Requirements

The West Virginia Board of Nursing requires registered nurses (RN) to take 12 hours of continuing education during each annual renewal period and advance registered practice nurses (ARNP) to take 24 hours every two years (12 hours in pharmacotherapeutics, 8 of which may be used for renewal and reinstatement of limited prescriptive authority).
